Seren Juno, a strategic joint venture formed by Mitsui & Co., Ltd., JA Mitsui Leasing, Ltd., NTT Ltd. Japan Corporation, and PC Landing Corp., is dedicated to supporting this vital connectivity. Through the construction and operation of the JUNO cable system, we deliver large volumes of high-quality capacity on the trans-Pacific submarine cable linking Japan and the US.

Yoshio Sato
Mr. Sato has been serving as the CEO of Seren Juno Network Co., Ltd. since 2022. With over 23 years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
In the past years, He has made strong contribution to the submarine cable construction projects since the beginning of the history of NTT for international submarine cable. He is invited to prestigious business forums as an expert and frequent speaker on the topic of submarine cable.
Takehiko Ainoya
Mr. Ainoya has been serving as the Chief Administrative, Financial and Human Resources Officer(CAFHO) of Seren Juno Network Co., Ltd. since 2022. He is also the General Manager for Division I (Asia) in the Infrastructure Projects Business Unit at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Japan). Since joining Mitsui in 1995, his career has been dedicated primarily to the infrastructure business sector. He has vast experience of large scale infrastructure globally in each phase of development, operation and management.
